Rail Rush: This is a nice looking adventure game. The object of the game is to collect as many precious stones as you can, while riding a mine cart. By tilting and swiping your screen you accelerate through crazy fast rails. The game has 6 different environments: caves, waterfalls, spider nests, dead cities and mushroom halls and also few surprise levels.
