Socialcam:  This app provides the easiest way to share videos with your friends. It will allow you to share your videos as well as browse, like and comment on your friend's videos. The features are pretty cool, too: you can upload videos while they're recording, record videos offline and they will be uploaded automatically when you reconnect to the Internet, tag your friends in your videos, notifications when you're tagged on videos posted by your friends.
