NCAA March Madness Live: With March Madness approaching this is the app to have if you're into college basketball. The app allows you to check scores, fill out and follow your bracket, get game alerts and listen to live game radio. The app also has a paid feature that allows you to watch all 67 games live on your phone. The price for that is $3.99 for all 67 games. The developers of this app tested it on some of the newer devices (the live video part), but it might work on older ones (if you have a 3G phone you might want to try it over Wi-Fi). Just read the reviews if you want to know for sure if it works on your phone. My guess is that 4G phones are fine. Again, the rest of the app should work on all phones, is just the live video that might lag on older phones. Here's the link.
